What we collect

Two things. First, basic analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people read this page, including pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type, and anonymized session recordings. These tools set cookies. Second, whatever you type into the application form: name, email, company, and your answers.

The Branded Founder Playbook

If you score yourself at foundercreated.com/brand and ask for your report, we store your first name, email, company revenue band, Instagram handle if you add one, and your seven scores. We use them to build your report and send you the link. Your answers stay on the page unless you ask for the report.

That information lives in our database (Google Firebase) and our email tool (GoHighLevel). We won't send you anything else without asking. Every email tells you how to stop them.

The One Shoot Day Engine

If you ask for the Shoot Day Hand-off Kit at foundercreated.com/engine, we store your first name, email, company revenue band, and your Instagram handle if you add one. Wil sends you the kit by email through Resend, our email service, and offers a free account audit if your company is at $2M or more. After that, a few short emails come from GoHighLevel. To stop: reply "stop" to the kit email, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any later email.

The training and application

The application on foundercreated.com/training runs on Typeform, and booking a call runs on Calendly. What you type there is stored by those tools under their privacy terms and read by us.

Where it goes

Application answers land in a private spreadsheet controlled by us and are read personally by the founders. Analytics data lives in our Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity accounts under their respective privacy terms. We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a list you did not ask for.

What we do with it

We use applications to decide fit and to run the call you applied for. We use analytics to improve this page. That is the entire list.

Removal

Want your application or your playbook report deleted? Email wil@foundercreated.com, or message @buildwith.wil on Instagram, and we will remove it.
