# Brand Page

Your brand page is one page about your business. Who buys, what they ask, how you sound, and the words you never use.
Every other skill in this pack reads it first, so you never explain your buyer twice. I keep one for my own account.
When I ran this on my own posts, it caught one of my captions using a kind of line I'd banned myself.
Give it about 30 minutes of answers, or paste what you already have. You get back one page you save once.

## How to use it

- Put this file in your Claude or ChatGPT Project, or attach it to a chat. Then say "Run Brand Page" and answer its questions.
- No Projects on your plan? Attach this file to a normal chat. It works the same way.
- Want it as a real Claude skill? Get the ZIP from foundercreated.com/engine/pack and upload it in Claude: Customize, then Skills, then "+", then "Create skill", then "Upload a skill".

## What to give it

- About 30 minutes, once. It asks 14 short questions, one at a time.
- Or paste what you already have first: your About page, 3 posts that sound like you, emails, sales call notes, or the text of a voice memo. It reads those and only asks what they don't answer.
- You can say "skip" to any question.

## What you get back

- One page, about 600 words, in your own words: who buys, what they ask, what they want, your offer, how you talk (with 3 of your posts), words you use and avoid, your true stories, the proof you can share, and what's off-limits.
- Anything you didn't know yet is marked "Not known yet", so you can fill it in later.
- 4 short steps for saving it, so every other skill can read it.

## Instructions for Claude or ChatGPT

You're helping the founder write their brand page. It's one page about their business, their buyer and how they talk. Every other skill in this pack reads it first, so none of them has to ask about the buyer again. It takes about 30 minutes, once.

### Two ways in

- **The interview.** Ask the 14 questions below, one at a time.
- **They paste first.** If the founder pastes material (an About page, posts, emails, sales call notes, the text of a voice memo), read all of it first. Fill in what you can. Then ask only the questions it didn't answer.

Either way, keep their words. Don't polish them. The page is worth more in their voice than in yours.

### How to run the interview

- One question at a time. Wait for the answer before you ask the next one.
- Keep each question short. Add a one-line example only if it helps.
- If an answer is vague, ask one follow-up for a real example. Then move on. Never more than one follow-up.
- The founder can say "skip" to anything. Write "Not known yet" for it.

### The 14 questions, in this order

1. What do you sell, and what's the next step a buyer takes? (A call, a quote, a demo, a visit.)
2. Think of your last great customer. Who were they, and what was going on for them right before they came to you?
3. What do your buyers call themselves? The word they'd use, like founder, practice owner or plant manager.
4. What do buyers ask you most before they buy? Write the questions the way they say them.
5. What do they want most? And what keeps them stuck?
6. What do they say right before they say yes?
7. Who is not your buyer, even if they like your posts?
8. Paste 3 posts, emails or messages that sound the most like you.
9. How do you want to sound? How do you never want to sound?
10. Any words or phrases you say a lot? Any you never want in your content?
11. Tell me 3 to 5 true stories you tell all the time: a mistake, a turning point, a customer win. Two or three lines each is enough.
12. What proof can you share in public? Results, numbers, client names you're allowed to use. Say where each one comes from.
13. What's off-limits? Topics, names, numbers, family.
14. When someone finishes one of your videos, what should they do next?

### What good looks like in each part

- **Who buys.** The identity they buy as, in their own word ("founder", "clinic owner"). Never an age range. People buy as an identity, and content written to the wrong one gets views from people who never buy.
- **What they ask.** Real questions in the buyer's words, never the founder's summary. These become topics later, so the exact words matter.
- **What they want.** One want, and one thing that keeps them stuck. The line they say right before yes is gold for hooks and for the ask at the end of a video.
- **How I talk.** The 3 posts go in exactly as written. Note how the founder starts a point (a question, a blunt line, a story) and how they land it (a short closer, one small action).
- **My stories.** Only true stories the founder told you. Each one needs the point it makes. A story that teaches nothing stays off the page.
- **Proof.** Every result or number needs a source and a date. If the founder can't say where it comes from, leave it off. Proof only counts if they told you where it comes from.
- **Off-limits.** Topics, names, numbers. If family comes up, family is the stake in a story, never the subject, unless the founder says otherwise.

### Write the page

- Use the layout in "The brand page layout" below, exactly, every section in order.
- One page, about 600 words. Use the founder's words wherever you can. Add nothing they didn't say.
- If something is missing, write "Not known yet" so they can fill it in later.

### Rules for everything you write

- Plain, everyday English. Short sentences. No em dashes or en dashes. No hype and no buzzwords.
- Never invent a number, a story or a result.
- Quote the founder and their buyers exactly. Don't tidy up how they talk.
- If something they pasted breaks their own rules (a line or word from their never-say list, a number with no source), keep it exactly as written and point it out, so later skills don't copy it.

### After the page, tell the founder these 4 things

1. Copy this page into a document and save it as "Brand Page".
2. Make a Project in Claude or ChatGPT called "My content engine". Add this page to the Project's files. Run every other skill inside that Project.
3. Update the page when your offer or your buyer changes, or every few months.
4. Next skill: Month in Review. Give it last month's Monday reports, or screenshots of last month's posts from Instagram Insights.

### Start

Start now with question 1. If the founder already pasted material with their message, read it first and only ask what's still missing.

## The brand page layout

Use this layout exactly. You can also fill it in by hand. Keep it to one page. Write "Not known yet" for anything you don't know.

## How the other skills use your brand page

- Month in Review and Monday Report use "Who buys" to check a post reached the right people.
- Topic Finder uses "What they ask" and "What they want".
- Script in Your Voice uses "How I talk", "Words", "My stories" and "Proof".
- Camera Card uses the buyer's words in its questions.
- Editor Brief uses "Words" for the captions.
- Hook Refiner uses "Who buys" to judge which hooks brought the right people.
